Foodservice Equipment & Supplies' Facility Design Project of the Year honors outstanding achievement in foodservice operation design.

Determined by an expert panel of foodservice consultants, winning entries are selected based on:

  • Overall efficiency

  • Degree to which they contribute to their operation's goals

  • Quality and creativity of the solutions to each project's unique challenges

In an in-depth profile appearing in the magazine's May issue, FE&S editors take a deeper look at this unique project to examine the underlying factors that contributed to its success. The winner is presented with the award at FE&S' annual Dealer of the Year & Industry Awards Gala.
