Jamba Inc. and Middleby Marshall were among several companies announcing personnel changes for the new year. 

Concordia Coffee Systems, a Bellevue, Wash.-based provider of coffee and beverage solutions for self-serve coffee setups, named Denise Evert vice president of business development.Franke Coffee Systems North America named Roman Gaus as managing director. Gaus previously served as assistant to the CEO and Group Management.Gold Star Chili founder Basheer Daoud died Dec. 23 following an illness.Jamba Inc. announced Paul Coletta will step down as chief marketing and brand officer to pursue other interests.Middleby Marshall named Homero Ortegon as vice president of business development. Ortegon spent the last 13 years with Pizza Hut in engineering and research and development positions.Thomas O’Keefe announced plans to resign from Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. as executive vice president, chief legal and compliance officer.Standex Cooking Solutions named Jeff Mote named as vice president of Baker's Pride business unit. Mote spent the last year leading the North American sales efforts in BKI. Wells Lamont named James Manwaring vice president, sales and marketing.
