Electrolux Announces Operational Changes

Electrolux Professional hired Mark Whalen as the new president of Electrolux Food Service Americas, a division of Electrolux Professional North America. In addition, the company announced that Dr. Detlef Munchow, executive vice president of Electrolux Professional headquartered in Stockholm, will also take over Alberto Zanata's duties as president of Electrolux Professional North America.

Whalen, a 30-year industry veteran, comes to Electrolux from the Ali Group, working specifically with the company’s  Victory Refrigeration, Infinity Fryers, Stellar Steam and Northland Refrigeration lines.

Zanata has left Electrolux Professional North America to return overseas to Electrolux Professional as vice president of global business development.
