Best in Class

The seventh annual Best in Class survey reveals the magazine’s subscribing dealers’, consultants’, broadliners’ and operators’ picks for the best manufacturers in various product categories.

Every foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturer wants to be the first call when a need arises for their operator, dealer, broadliner and consultant customers. But what are the attributes that allow them to earn such status? What traits do they have to exhibit in order to stand tall among their competitors?

Well, according to members of the industry participating in FE&S' 2007 Best in Class study, the top five qualities they look for in a manufacturer are:

Product qualityThe ability to properly service and support the productResponsivenessAn understanding of the foodservice industry

FE&S' subscribing dealers, broadliners, consultants and operators shine the industry spotlight on those manufacturers that help them best meet their everchanging needs.
