AHF Appoints Industry Advisory Board

The Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF), the newly formed professional society for healthcare food and nutrition professionals in self-operated facilities, has announced the members of their Industry Advisory Board (IAB). Working closely with the AHF board of directors, the IAB will support the association’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs

The AHF was formed through the consolidation of the American Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrators (ASHFSA) and The National Society for Healthcare Foodservice Management (HFM).
Marty Rothschild, vice president of sales and marketing for Aladdin Temp-Rite, will serve as chair of the 2009-2010 IAB, and Kris Schroeder, director of support services at Swedish Medical Center is the first president of AHF.
