TriMark Consolidates Two Operating Companies

TriMark USA has consolidated a pair of its operating companies.

TriMark Century Concepts and TriMark Strategic will now go to market as TriMark Strategic, which will focus on serving customers in Texas, Minnesota, Florida and Georgia, as well as growing new business in these markets.

"We opened TriMark Century Concepts five years ago as a greenfield operation and grew it to $27.5 million in revenue. Since that time, we acquired TriMark Strategic, which has a strong presence in Georgia and throughout the South. Combining these two entities is the logical next step in our continued growth in this region," said TriMark USA CEO Jerry Hyman.

Marty Monnat will remain president of TriMark Strategic, and Scott Bishop, former president of TriMark Century Concepts, will now take on an expanded role as executive vice president of sales and marketing of TriMark Strategic. Karen McCain, CFO of TriMark Strategic, will assume additional responsibilities as the executive vice president of operations.
