FOCUS Brands Promotes Cole and Guith

New president named for Cinnabon.

Joe Guith was promoted to president from chief operating officer for Cinnabon, Inc. He replaces Kat Cole who was promoted to group president by Cinnabon's parent company FOCUS Brands.

In her new role, Cole will oversee the business and growth of all FOCUS brands in consumer packaged goods, foodservice licensing, global licensed platforms and e-commerce channels. Cole and Guith will work together under the FOCUS Brands umbrella to accelerate the multichannel development of Cinnabon, while Guith focuses on the core franchise business and corporate team advancement.

Guith has more than 20 years of experience in foodservice, consumer products and retail. His background includes working with such companies as Coca Cola and Yum! Brands.
