Former Le Duff Executive Vintz Becomes CEO of TooJay’s

Florida-based chain has 26 locations.

TooJay's Restaurant and Deli named Jim Vinz its new CEO.

Vinz was most recently the president and co-CEO of Le Duff America, where he was responsible for more than 650 cafes, bakeries and coffee shops in North America, including Bruegger's Bagels, la Madeleine Country Fresh Cafe, Mimi's Cafe and Brioche Doree, among others.

Vinz will oversee the expansion and evolution of the West Palm Beach, Florida-based restaurant chain. TooJay's has 26 locations throughout the state of Florida.
