In an effort to expand its healthcare foodservice business in the Chicago area, The Boelter Companies has acquired Robert Gill & Company.

Based in Orland Park, Ill., Robert Gill & Company is a foodservice equipment and supplies dealer with a long track record in the healthcare segment.

As part of the deal, Paul, William and Steven Gill have joined The Boelter Companies.
