Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Announces Leadership Changes

Bafundo becomes president of the Colorado-based fast-casual chain.

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a Denver-based fast-casual restaurant concept, appointed Bob Bafundo president. His appointment comes days after the company announced the departure of CEO Alon Mor on December 10, 2014.

Bafundo has led company and franchise operations for the last five years. He joined the company in 2009 and his 30-plus years of restaurant industry experience include working in senior leadership positions with such companies as Rax Restaurants, KFC and Back Yard Burgers.
